Insurance Information
I am in-network with Aetna and use Headway to process insurance claims.
I am out-of-network with all other insurance providers.
I can provide you with bills to submit for any out-of-network benefits. I also partner with Thrizer to process out-of-network claims.
I suggest you contact your insurance provider before our first meeting to confirm coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.
Please note that these costs can change at the beginning of a new year when your deductible resets, or if your insurance coverage or plan changes for any other reason.
Fees
Initial Intake and Evaluation: $190
Individual Therapy Session (50-55 minutes): $150
Sliding Scale: I offer a number of sliding scale options, feel free to contact me for more information and to see if that may be an option.
